Account details (username, email, and — if you register with a password — a securely hashed password), your date of birth and U.S. state (used only to determine eligibility for paid entry), tournament entries and results, chat messages within tournaments, and payment records processed by our payment provider. If you sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Discord, we receive basic profile information from that provider.
To operate tournaments, verify eligibility, process entries and payouts, prevent fraud and cheating, communicate with you about your tournaments, and comply with legal and tax obligations.
Card payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (payments, email, hosting) and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
You can update your profile information at any time and can request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or anti-fraud purposes.
